RBC will donate up to $10,000 to LOW in appreciation of those who signed the board. The evening was hosted the home of Roots co-founder Michael Budman. The very private affair was full of Hockey, Brisket and warm cheer for all.

Roots flagship store hosted the "One Week" post screening get together where fans got to spend time with Star Joshua Jackson.

Ron Wilson coach and GM Brian Burke were given Roots Vintage Toronto Maple Leafs Jackets by Roots co-founders Michael Budman & Don Green. The two hockey buffs also had special bags made for all the players and a surprise for the wives was tucked inside. Happy Holidays and GO-LEAFS-GO.

Tribute Dinner recipient, Dr. Jane Goodall, received an honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Haifa in recognition of her global contribution as a humanitarian, conservationist and peace activist and, in particular, her initiative in founding Roots & Shoots, a world-wide program that encourages young people to address both human and environmental issues in their communities and aims to foster a new generation of enlightened leaders.
